When planning your calendar or creating your schedule, YOU should be the first agenda item. Everything else gets filled in around YOU, understanding your non-negotiables are family and work. More importantly, even that should not consume so much of you that YOU get lost or become resentful of those for whom you are constantly present.
When all the scheduling is done, make sure there is some white space for those moments of just because, emergencies or shifting.
A fulfilled YOU has more to give!
